NEW YORK, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices settled mixed on Thursday as ministers from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Russia and other producers are going to meet in Vienna on Friday.
The West Texas Intermediate for November delivery decreased 0.14 U.S. dollar to settle at 50.55 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange, while Brent crude for November delivery added 0.14 dollar to close at 56.43 dollars a barrel on the London ICE Futures Exchange. Enditem
